SEDUCTIVE BEAUTY AND THE FREEHEARTED BEAST
- This poem was created as a response to a writing assignment given by the moderator in the Writer’s Group my wife and I belong to in the town we live near. I am printing it here as part of my ongoing support of my category LEARNING TO WRITE FILES. Since writing is a major part of my life now, I have chosen to publish it here. The theme is as follows: “Local Beauty Lets Her Hair Down for Prince Charming“.
“SEDUCTIVE BEAUTY AND THE FREEHEARTED BEAST”
I was told that she was very attractive. Others who knew her asked me if I had met her. I had to admit that I had not, but their inquiries raised the level of my curiosity. So I had to ask what was so special about her.
They told me she had a great looking body and very attractive legs. Black hair with immaculate complexion and big brown eyes. And she was looking to have a relationship with her very own Prince Charming.
The stories about her intrigued me because I did not feel that someone like that would exist in my sphere of influence. I did not know why anyone would think someone like me would be a candidate for someone like her. So I had to find out.
I made the call. Her voice had a sultry tone to it that seemed to draw me into her lair. My heart pounded as I listened to her innuendos. She indicated that she could not wait to meet me.
Since I had always considered myself a steadfast person, I felt confident of my preparatory antics. I was naive enough to believe I could hold my ground in her presence. However, since I have a particular weakness for attractive women, I was already in trouble before my adventure began.
Before I summoned up enough chutzpah to meet her in person, I asked more questions. I was not surprised to receive answers that were filled with overtones of intimidation, like I should beware of how I responded to those first impressions. Thus, I was forewarned!
First Sight and Resulting Plight
I knocked on her door. She appeared and the first sight of her took my breath away. Everyone was right. I had never seen anyone like her before. Her beauty blinded me.
I lost control of my senses and the ability to shield myself against her stunning appearance. I loved the color of her jet-black hair and the depth of her bejeweled orbs that peered into the depths of my soul.
My feigned attempts at resistance were weakened further by the glow of porcelain skin on her alluring loins emanating from very seductive, dark blue hot pants. She seemed to cast her spell on me before I had a chance to resist her wiles. I knew then I was doomed.
I must remember to develop a better plan of action before I fall victim to such entrapments again. The next time I plan to encounter her, I will be ready for such ploys designed to trick me into mind-numbing foolishness. After all, who could be better prepared than me?
